PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES (EXECUTORS)

Administering a will can be more difficult and time consuming than the person appointed might have originally anticipated.  No matter how much you may care for a decedent and seek to faithfully execute his or her last wishes, handling the affairs of an estate may require extensive knowledge about probate.  Dealing with emotional issues and the often conflicting needs of Heirs in times of family grief can also make life as an Executor difficult.
